The Kanchibiya Town Council is pleased to announce significant progress on the construction of a semi-detached staff house for the Chalabesa Police Post, now at 97% completion with final touches underway. This initiative, funded through the 2025 Constituency Development Fund (CDF), is designed to provide improved living conditions for our dedicated police officers.
Town Council Secretary Mr. Joseph Zulu emphasized that the project reflects the Council’s commitment to supporting those who safeguard our community. By enhancing police welfare, the initiative is expected to contribute to the reduction of gender-based violence, theft, and other crimes, thereby strengthening peace and security in the area.
